When Sony announced its
RX100 pro compact last month, we ogled over the wide f/1.8 aperture, made possible largely in part by its spacious 1-inch sensor. Samsung is also entering this war with its EX2F, which sticks a f/1.4 aperture onto a 1/1.7-inch sensor (the same sized sensor found on many premium compacts).
